Weekend class hours:

Saturdays 10:30 to 6:30
Sundays 9:30 to 5:30

* Module 1 must be taken as a prerequisite. Please call the office to pre-register
Modules 2, 3, and 4 can be taken in any order. Module 5 is the final exam and must be taken last. It is the students responsibly to complete each module. Additional module classes will be offered over the coming months to allow for completion.

Full home inspection classes include pre-class study materials, a full Laboratory with working mechanicals & hands-on training, walking tours of homes and mock inspections.

You will get introductory pre-class home inspection study materials designed to help you understand all the basic home inspection components you will be inspecting.

In addition you will receive the finest home inspection study materials available

With experienced Instructors who have done thousands of inspections. Our Instructors are all Certified ASHI Inspectors.
